Please be patient in receiving some of our Lingerie items. Although we are not just a website, and we stock most of the items on our lingerie site, we do on occasion run low and must order new lingerie from our suppliers. Our service is only as good as we get. We ask that you allow 3-6 weeks for items we have run out of. However, most of our lingerie supplies arrive within two weeks.
Fitting Your Corset
Grab a tape measure cause you'll need it! Measure your waist in inches and subtract 2-4 inches. That is the size you need to order. If you are a plus size, subtract 4-6 inches and order that size.
Returns Policy
We are more than happy to exchange your garment in the form of a credit note. Please remember this is lingerie so Health Department Regulations forbid me from selling return garments that have been worn, appear to have been worn, smell like cigarette smoke, etc. Returned items must have tags and no signs of having been worn. To date, I have not had any problems. Lingerie should be tried on over the knickers. Singlets should be worn for the men, to cover chest hair.
Since we are dealing with intimate wear, any returned garments must be completely inspected. Health Regulations prevent me from selling undergarments as new once they have been inside the customers homes. Believe me, I have had some questionable returns. However, most people are considerate and items are usually in excellent condition. Would you like to purchase an item that has been in someone else's home for a week or so? In addition to which, there are conditions in homes that are not a shop-like environment. i.e. cigarette smoke, cat/dog hair, etc.
Having said all that, I do accept returns for an ill fit etc. If the items are returned in acceptable condition, our policy is to give a credit for the full amount. Should the customer want a cash refund, there will be a 20% handling charge. As I have said, ofen I cannot sell garments as new once they are returned even though they have not been worn.
